In 2019, Mater Media became the Executive Producer of The Last Days: The Passion and Death of Jesus the Christ.
Performed live in Los Angeles, The Last Days featured Jonathan Roumie (The Chosen) as Jesus, and native St. Louis actress Maria Vargo (Sister Faustina) as the Blessed Mother.
With fundraising assistance from Mater Media, the duo touched the hearts, minds, and souls of live audiences in Southern California with their acclaimed stage production about the Lord’s suffering and death.
